Walkway Lights

The board is in the process of repairing / replacing the walkway lights around the pool and basketball area.  Vandalism has been a problem with this community and we wanted to bring this to your attention.  If you see anyone tampering with the walkway lights, call the police immediately.  You can also notify our management company Preferred Communities with this information.  Unlighted areas in our community is unsafe and is an invitation to crime.

Street / Guest Parking

There seems to be a number of residents and visitors parking on the streets and residents parking in Guest Parking.  This is just a reminder parking on the streets is prohibited at all times.  Guest Parking is just that, for guests.  Under no circumstance should any resident park in Guest Parking.  Kwik Tow does frequently visit our community and will tow any vehicle it sees parked on the street.  Residents parked in Guest Parking will receive a warning.  Continuing to violate this rule will result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.

Multi-Community Event 2008

The Multi-Community event held on Saturday, November 8th at Crismon Crossing Community Park had a great turn out.  There was hot dogs, chips and a drink for a buck.  The kids got to enjoy a bounce house and slide.  Hay rides were also apart of the fun.  When the sun set, everyone got to enjoy the movie “Night at the Museum” on a big screen.  All in all, it was great to meet people living in our community as well as people in the surrounding communities.  Click here to see photos of the fun.
